Armenian keyboard #353

Hi, I was wondering how I could create an Armenian keyboard. I understand 
that you guys are busy with other requests, so if this is something I could 
do myself, I will.

This is a good template for what I'd like:

Unfortunately, the gentleman who has that keyboard is MIA and has not been 
responding to requests to make it available.

You'll want to read up on rooting, if you don't know what it means. It will 
most likely void your phone's warranty.
