Pairwise symbols #519

Some symbols are pairwise like (), []. {}, "" <> and in 99% of cases are used 
together.
Please put this symbols on the same key and when pressed both are inserted and 
the position of the cursor should be in the middle of the inserted symbols.

It could be implemented by entering ()leftarrow, but I wouldn't want only this 
option available. Sometimes I might delete one and then need the other, or 
might want to make a smiley not in the list.
