What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using anysoftkeyboard with hebrew installed
2. using bluetooth keyboard (freedom pro)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1. the hebrew letter: "ץ" should be the same as key "." (in the english layout
(next to "ת" on its right).

2. the hebrew letter: "ף" should be the same as key ";" (in the english layout
(next to "ך" on its right).

these 2 letters appear on W and Q.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

version 55, Android, Galaxy S2

I'm seeing exactly the same issue. Running BlueStacks on Windows 8.1 and using
the laptop's built-in keyboard.

Just for the record, its an ASUS N550JV. However, this SHOULD be irrelevant as
I'm using standard PC hardware, a standard OS, the keyboard layouts "printed"
on the keys (English US and Hebrew) are standard, and most importantly - the
hardware itself shouldn't be sending "characters" but scancodes.
