The plaintext description should strip out fig caption #32

Lots of my posts have an image with a caption and the HTMLStripper keeps the caption when it creates a plaintext version of the beginning of the post:

The line "Random photo of two americans whose faces reveal their disappointment with the election results" is the figcaption, this should be stripped out
