More specific UG for `INDEX` parameter

When I have a full list of students as shown here below, and after running the find/filter command, the index resets and I am unable to use the index shown before on the full list of contacts. Perhaps the UG could state clearer which index that could be used after using which command as this might confuse users.

UG states under the edit command that "The index refers to the index number shown in the displayed student list".
