Lack of specificity in the UG regarding the `filter` command

Filter command in UG does not say how the command filter the words by. I attempted to filter g19 in the following list

using the following command filter g19,

but nobody was listed and this might cause users to be confused as to how filter works since it says that it is also case-insensitive.

Team's Response

filter command was stated to work with the "specified tags", not with partial search of existing tags. The issue reported was for case-insensitivity, but the command did not work since there was no one with the tag that was being searched.
