Help Guide shows a link to a website #4

Some hospitals run their systems without connecting to wifi. As such, they will be unable to access the user guide.

image.png Furthermore, in the NFR, the app should work offline, but cannot access the User Guide as it is hosted in GitHub Pages

Thank you for your input. The Application itself does work offline which does not invalidate our NFR, it is just that the link to the User Guide requires internet access. However, the User Guide can be downloaded alongside the Application.

Reason for disagreement: I agree that your app works offline, however, the issue is that this particular feature - the 'help' button does not work as intended offline, which is to link the user to the User Guide website. It does not make sense to state that this feature works because the user can just look at the .pdf file that could be downloaded, which is not included with the .jar file download but as a separate download, if the feature does not work.
