Add Customizable Discord Rich Presence Support

There could be a customizable rpc client for discord which can show what we are currently reading as a status in discord

It can show the series title as the top level info and then the chapter no as 2nd level and then maybe instead of a timer, it could show the page progress example of malsyncRPC client
