Unable to load installed extensions

Steps to reproduce

Whether installing or upgrading extensions, you can't see them in the list of installed extensions after each operation, and you have to restart the software to see them in the list of installed extensions.

Expected behavior

Extensions should be loaded

Actual behavior

Extension could not be loaded

https://github.com/ThePBone/tachiyomi-extensions-revived Seems like the repo was deleted upstream. See link and add the repo. It fixed it for me.
