[Feature Request] Add Anime-Planet as tracking source #647

### Why/User Benefit/User Problem

My suggestion is to add https://www.anime-planet.com as another tracking source.

### What/Requirements

This feature would behave identically to the tracking currently implemented. Where a user can sign into Anime-Planet and have their items synced automatically. Example: MyAnimeList and Anilist.

I'm not quite sure of the exact requirements.

I would also like to request this tracking source. (it seems to have more manga tracking info than MAL and Anilist)
