[Bug] downloads not showing until refreshing the manga individually. also being deleted when "clean up downloaded chapters"

• Tachiyomi version: 1.0.13
• Android phone & version: Android 10 note9

Steps to reproduce

1. Download manga
2. Manga is marked as downloaded but isn't when you go into it

Expected behavior

Show chapters that are downloaded

Actual behavior

Manga chapters are marked as downloaded on the library screen but are not marked as downloaded when you go into the manga until you refresh the individual page manually.

downloaded chapters that are not marked as read are also being deleted when you go to advance and clean up downloaded chapters. (These are the same chapters that are not being recognized as downloaded)

not too sure if this is what you meant for ex of chapter name vs folder path + name

i tried doing the "clean up downloaded chapters" one more time and more chapters got deleted (100+) this time (rip)

olive's money oriented scheme has been doing this every time. they are also happening to different sources.

So looks your phones file manager hates the concept of dots and question marks. You didn't add your phone but I assume chinese if this is happening.

I dont have a phone to test but I'll still try to take a look
