Me again! This is what I was talking about in the other pull request. Did you need all that code to move between screens? I tested with 3 screens and it worked fine.

@MaT1g3R can you try this and see if you still have issues? If I set up my display and order them correctly they seem to work, I also tryed logging out to see if they changed but they seem to work. Try it out when you have the time

Ok @MaT1g3R I think I see your problem, and I think i found the answer, if I try to reorder the screens through the interface they keep the order they had before, unless I set the leftmost screen as my primary display, then they respect whatever order I give them. I saw a screenshot that you posted I you didn't have the primary display set, so KWin is probably assigning the screen numbers it wnats. Can you try doing that and see if it works? Cheers

I have tried with and without primary set and it seemed to work for both cases.

This is working flawlessly on my three-monitor-setup. If you experience issues with yours, post here and I'll see what I can do.
