What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log into my test elgg site here:  www.connectmontana.net
2.username: visitor
3.password: visitor
Tools dropdown menu > project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the chart updating when I chane the xml file.

I'm integrating the code into an ELGG environment. I'm essentally wrapping some 
php around the code to let the user do data entry.  The php code 
creates/updates an xml file.  The file is getting modified but the gantt code 
won't reflect the updated XML file unless I do a hard refresh of the page.
