Xcode installation #23

Not sure if this an issue on my end but following the instruction on the readme through xcode don't work. I've tried everything and I still get errors with the installation. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Terminal Saved Output.txt

I have the same issue. macOS 12.6

Issue still remains on macOS 13
