Light changes between different ecosystems #9

When transitioning into different ecosystems, old, new light (EX: red and light blue) and transitional light (EX: dark blue) will flash repeatedly for a short period of time, I hope it could be more gentle. 20402420024 0422042240 0420204

interesting, this might be something Nether-APi's side of handling fog since the fog color is done from its handler, I'll see if I can get a way to smooth transition.

When I first started playing, the flash was very strong, but then the flash became shorter.
