It might be helpful to mention either when you first introduce FlatCam or in the FlatCam tutorial that since FlatCam is always in beta, it often crashes and could require the user to restart their computer to get it to work. Because it crashes so often in my experience it is helpful to save the project as often as possible.

It may be nice to have a more in-depth KiCad tutorial section which includes the fact that we are milling these boards so the trace width will need to be increased from the default. You may have mentioned this already and I missed it but it is also necessary to mirror everything because the components will be soldered opposite to what the software assumes.
