Data is available on TS website for our internal data collection

Should do the following 1) Write script to automatically scrape data (waiting for permissions) 2) Clean as needed 3) Save data onto data disk

Requested data from Volga, also requested data from Arun

Got some data from Mateus, but it is outside data, but not ag data. Still will be useful for training. Just kinda waiting for more data to come along.
