I got the TS messenger working. Perhaps look into ROS2 implementation that Nolan has?

Reached out to Nolan and he recommends building it without giving too much info. I will look into this as a possibility but will not put more than an afternoon into this. Otherwise I got meng's wp running, but I need to verify the data processing and finish writing the test.
