I am an Android developer from China. What is the use of this project for the application?
I have used the method to set only the String files of different countries. Forgive me for not posting an app on Google Play

Hello @LcxAndroidwawa I know that the propose of this library could be confusing, that is because I have added a new part on the README explaining why it could be interesting for you.
Philology doesn't replace the way you are using resources in Android, Instead, it improves the process by intercepting that value and check if there is a newer value.
