Package Rebuilt with Python3 #55

Thanks Ayushman for the work! However the code base for the build was the master branch, which was not updated yet to work on Python 3. Thus, the pip package has to be rebuilt when the update is finished. Is there any way to automate this process?

@naxvm Yes, it is possible using CircleCI
