Description

This pull request introduces a new version of the RA exercise editor. Updating editor from Ace to Monaco editor. The main features of this pull request include:

• [x] Code beautify/format with black (similar to prettier). (ctrl+s)
• [x] Static code analysis with pylint.
• [x] Autocompletion
  • Import Package (ex: Numpy, Math, CV2, HAL,GUL)  
  • Variable, Function, Class-Object (dot).
• [x] Python snippets
• [x] Glyph
• [x] Zooming (font size) (enable: ctrl + wheel)
• [x] Full screen and Read only mode
• [x] Themes
