Add TouchQ command? #225

I think memcached should add a TouchQ command for touching quietly,it's useful 
when we don't care response for touching item.

Is it possible?

It's certainly possible.  It makes sense and further makes me regret losing the 
"quiet should be a flag" argument.

How will you be using this?

For example,i can  touch many items at one time, and in some situation i don't 
care touch is successful or not.
