It should be possible to let memcached grab an ephemeral port #73

To ease testing it should be possible to let memcached grab an ephemeral
port (and log the port number somewhere so that the test application can
read it out ;-))

You know, -1 sounds wrong until you think of it as just for testing.  I think 
this
will clean up a lot of our tests, so I'm definitely for it.
