Change VPN profile based on Network location #245

Enhancement: Change VPN profile and connect on change of Network Location.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apple Logo (left upper corner) -> Locations -> "Location Name"

What is the expected output?
Change of network location will result in a change of the VPN profile 
associated to the network location and (if chosen) an automatic network 
connection attempt.

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X?
3.4beta20

Please provide any additional information below. Please include your
configuration file and the contents of the OpenVPN Log window (including
the first few lines with version information), but remember to remove any
sensitive information such as IP addresses.

Thanks for your suggestion.

This is similar to the request to "enable/disable vpn for specific networks" 
discussion at 
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tunnelblick-discuss/Q42_ZLyRXAs.

There is a free program, ControlPlane, which appears to be able to give much 
more flexible control than could be built into Tunnelblick.

Because that program can do so much, I am marking this Issue as "Won't fix".
