Menu icon visable when playing a full screen movie in quicktime or vlc #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just start the tunnelbrick app
2. Start a movie in full screen
3. The icon sits in the right top of your movie screen

Please provide any additional information below.
Leopard 10.5.5

I don't see the problem when using QuickTime on  MBP but I do see it when I 
trigger Spaces.

My bad. It was nog when i was playing a movie but when i was using adobe 
lightroom.
When you turn the lights off within lightroom (press twice the L key). Then all
disappears but the tunnelbrick icon.
