not properly redirecting some URL shortner links #35

For some reason https://tinyurl.com/jqz3foe isn't redirecting us to Amazon Smile.

URL above seems to work now but Amazon link on https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5455385-solutions-manual-to-accompany-air-pollution-control is not.

Strange. Link doesn't 404 or redirect to the homepage as we've seen with some other redirect errors, it just goes to the non-Smile version of the product page. Any ideas what's not catching? The other shortened link redirected just fine for me though.
