Vertical timeline component #26

Looking at wanting to introduce a vertical timeline component that has mobile responsiveness baked in, looking at using React Vertical Timeline for this.

I want to export wrappers that stylise these components in a consistent way

The interface can be quite messy, and is very firm on wanting to use CSSProperties. This is breaking my convention of using CVA and Tailwind. But the solution is workable, breaking that convention is acceptable in this case as there's no real alternative library that preforms how I want and the effort required to custom implement isn't worth it
