New display, translation to French and compatibilty rFactor2 #2

Hello, i have made a version in French, slightly modified, vertically and usable with rFactor2 (set gorf2=1). Here is the Result : http://www.danrazor.net/lmu/LMU_RF2_Replays.zip if you want to try.

Can i make a Pull request ? Never did that ...

I gonna take a look into make it possible for you to do pull requests, but its my first time too on github.

Tool is primary for LMU, in the future, dont think it gonna stay compatible for rf2. But as it is, the batch solutions seems good. For the translation part, I think a better solution is to create an option in the menu to change language.

Thanks for the invitation. I'm here for a long time but never used Github that much.

This issue was more a suggestion than a real issue. You probably have some way to make it even better than me.

I'm actually trying to make Replay drop down menu activated by default. The empty form at start can be avoided i think.

And i think the Rest API will stay for long time in LMU and rF2. It is a beautiful interface to do broadcasts or even streams or videos.

You can control a lot of things outside the game via the API. Very useful for any Third part software.

Motorsport is surely trying to make some kind of Hub around rF2, LMU and BTCC ... They will have to keep some kind of compatibility between the games. At least i hope so. I love these games.

I will try to push my branch on another one than master, you will be able to see my modifications. It was a bit quick and dirty but works perfectly.

I'm an old C++/Ada programmer but mostly on calculation applications. I never used code to create GUI like yours. You work is a very nice example to learn Forms, .Net and C# from scratch ... Good work.
