Score Keeping. #96

We need some way of keeping score somehow. Open to discussion.

I don't think it's gonna stay for long, but for now another class that listens for objects destroyed. just like 100 pts per object destroyed, 1pt per frame for staying alive. Person can't die yet, but i guess that's another topic.
