they can be spawned with bigger body (and so carry power) than it's needed for their destination source, e.g. source need 10 carry_power but there is creep spawned with 23 carry_power - 13 is reduntand

not implementing it, bigger creep_capacity allow it to sleep from time to time an so less CPU usage
