Enable Jitsi moderator login (SSO ?) #145

Until now, everyone can start a meeting and becomes instantly a moderator.

But could there be a config entry in the portal, that allows registered users only to start a new meeting? Every guest / participant can still join anonymously.

It's like the current behavior of the official meet.jit.si instance.

It is possible?
