Is an issue of ubuntu and linux mint.

Examples:

Ubuntu 22.04.3$ LANG=C uptime
12:07:55 up 69 days,  1:02,  1 user,  load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00

linuxmint-21-2:~$ uptime
 14:16:12 up 14 min,  1 user,  load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
