As a client, I want to consult the list of available consultants, find the right expert based on filters or full-text search, and view all available consultants.

Acceptance Criteria:

Ensure the list of consultants is accessible to users. Implement filters to refine consultant search based on expertise, availability, or other relevant criteria. Enable a full-text search option for users to find consultants by name, expertise, or other keywords. Provide a clear display of all available consultants after applying filters or conducting a search. Tasks:

Design and implement filter options for refining consultant search. Develop a full-text search feature to enable users to find consultants based on various parameters.

Partially implemented search function is available with multiple entries as a filter
