The given key 'width' was not present in the dictionary #54

Handle KeyNotFoundException if width is not in query string (I don't know why it would be but it has been seen) then use if we have height ok, else fall back to max width - don't throw?

e.g. RTE image.jpg?rmode=max&height=750

Sorry for not getting round to following this up; have since installed latest beta and no longer seeing exceptions (a medium v7.5 to v10 update, 1000+ nodes).
