Directories with spaces fail to build Network shared library

If there is a space in the path to the static libraries(at least on windows), the shared library for network will fail to build.

I haven't been able to confirm this, but it was reported.

Not sure what was going on here, but I have updated the source to use SFML's CMake system directly so this should be fine now.
