Processor eating #347

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to render attached file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was trying to render a two-pages document (on an EasyPHP server), but all it
does is making Apache over-use the processor, up to 100%.
I tried different things : normal special characters (€), html encoding
(€) and numeric codes (€). None of them works.
Attached file is the latest version, with numeric codes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I work on y PC, with Windows 7 and EasyPHP (latest stable version). I use the
latest dompdf version, with CodeIgniter (PHP framework)
