Encoding utf-8 doesn't work #395

Hello,
I've just downloaded the class and went into the demo's part. I found out the 
one that is interest me: utf-8 and saw that the html file does show all kinds 
of letters include hebrew (which i needed). In the pdf created using this html 
file all letters are ????

Why does the out-of-the-box demo doesn't work for me and how should i fix that ?
