Create bookmarks for header elements : h1, h2, h3... #410

What would you like dompdf to do:
I like DOMPDF make pdf with bookmark in pdf file which have many pages in pdf.

Do you have an example:

1.heading1
2.heading2
3.heading3
....

on pdf file.

Bookmarks are not the same as a table of content. Bookmarks are this :
