Header and Footer does not work when upgrading to 0.6.0 beta 3 #432

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I created perfect PDF's in 0.5.2 and only realized when I finished all the dev
work that the tables do not go over to the next page. My table content is
dynamic so I need this. To resolve this I upgraded to the latest version as
suggested in one of the other issues. Now the header and footer that was
working before (and even the snippet from the FAQ) do not display at all.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My headers and footers should be displayed as they were working in the previous
version.

What version of dompdf are you using? What version of PHP? On what
operating system?
o.6.0

Please provide the HTML source code you want to convert, or any additional
information.

In 0.6.0 inline script is disabled by default. Check your configuration to make
sure DOMPDF_ENABLE_PHP is set to true.
