What steps will reproduce the problem?
Generate any PDF with DOMPDF.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to place the generated PDF in InDesign but InDesign errors.

What version of dompdf are you using? What version of PHP? On what
operating system?
DOMPDF=latest; PHP=5.3.1

What version of InDesign do you have? What is the error message? I have access
to a copy of (I think) CS3, when I get a chance I'll check it out.

I'm using InDesign CS5.5 and I get "Failed to open PDF file" as message (see
attachment).

There does appear to be an issue but I'm not sure where, exactly, the problem
lies. The only work around I've found so far was to disable Unicode support and
use a built-in font (Times, Helvetica, Courier). So ... not much of a work
around.

To outline the issue I am attaching two PDFs created from the same text. One is
from Word printed to PDF using distiller, the other is from dompdf.
