IMAGES on second PDF file not loaded #559

What steps will reproduce the problem?

create a php code that will create 2 PDF files using the same image paths using 
a simple for-loop 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

both PDF should be able to load the images. However, only the first PDF is able 
to show the images while the second isnt.

What version of dompdf are you using? What version of PHP? On what
operating system?

Not sure. Latest PHP. Server is in Linux

Please provide the HTML source code you want to convert, or any additional
information.

Version of dompdf? This is a known problem from 0.5.1 that was addressed, then 
reintroduced in 0.6.0 beta 3. See either issue 17 or issue 431 for a fix, or 
download the latest nightly.
