Connection error when using private key in Open-SSH Format #90

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Filling all nescesary fields in Manager
2. One of them is the filename with the private key in OpenSSH-Format
3. No password defined, input field empty

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Successful Connection. I see an error message (see below).

What version of the product are you using?

win-sshfs: 0.0.1.5
Client OS: Windows 7 Prof.
Server OS: Debian Wheezy
Ssh server:Debian Wheezy standard

Please provide any additional information below.

My private key has no password.

In the auth.log I see:

error: RSA_public_decrypt failed: error:0407006A:lib(4):func(112):reason(106)

When I use the same private key file in Dokan-SSHFS I can connect! Therefore
the private file itself could not be the reason.

I had the same problem.
I then made a longer key (key length before 1024 after 4096) and already
it works. :)

This is replication of Issue#46

Why correct keys are not working? Where are the logs?
