Select with portal is scrolling into hovered option. #5654

Hey! when i'm using Select with portal dropdown is getting scrolled on hovered option if it's not fully inside of view. As an example i attach a video from react-select page, you can reproduce it here.

Reproduced on: Windows 10 + Chrome 114, Pop OS 22 + Chrome 111

The bug appeared after this merge, it is not reproduced on 5.4.0
