The issue where the keyboard's down button does not work immediately during Korean input #5885

When entering Korean in the input and pressing the down button on the keyboard, it does not work immediately and needs to be pressed once more for the option focus to function.

This issue is occurring on macOS 14.4 (23E214) and Chrome.
