this seems to be an issue due to mandrill update.

I have personally used https://github.com/enraiser/keystone-enmailer works like a charm :)

Mailgun works like a charm...

This still appears to be broken. @JedWatson is the fix here to just add in keystone-email and configure for mailgun?
