[Enhancement] j.roleEmoji should have more options for user

Current functionality:

• Only allows for new role emojis to be added but not deleted
• Does not allow for more than one existing role emoji message

New enhancement:

• Allow users to delete existing role emoji message or add a new one
• Give a visual as to which message you're referring to (try to grab the discord link and allow user to click on message to see where the message exists on server)
• Limit to 5 role emoji messages

Users should be able to remove their roles by unclicking the emoji as well
