[Enhancement] j.clock user friendly

Make it j.clock more user friendly for users

• Be able to have an option to remove the clock entirely and start over
• Show a custom clock before making the clock
• Show the current clock settings when requested

Should allow moderators the chance to add a maintenance clock as well
