Moisture threshold assumes constant temperature #129

The temperature of the soil affects how conductive it is, but the soil moisture threshold does not take into account temperature (assumes soil's conductivity is fixed regardless of temperature).

We may want to use a more sophisticated threshold that takes temperature into consideration if temperature changes effect GreenPiThumb's soil moisture readings significantly.
