Add LaTeX CRD #1

Hi Looks like this project doesn't support LaTeX.

Hi there! This project was created to host my resume, and serve as a proof of concept for people that wish to do the same. I have no plans on adding any features other than what I wish for my own personal resume. You are more than welcome to fork this repository and add this functionality yourself :)

That being said, you could probably use latex today. The CRDs just translate config maps that get mounted to the deployment, it's meant to be consumed by a Hugo site, just make your own resume container that consumes these config maps to fill in the latex template
