Scroll down past the Tableau dashboard to the bottom of the page - it's the laus.zip file that's linked at the very end. In the unzipped archive, open the Excel spreadsheet and filter for the values you need - the boroughs are on the first tab of the spreadsheet (Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, Richmond are the official names for the boroughs). For the NYC as a whole, switch to the second tab and filter for New York City.
